All night staff member listing loud songs and using conversation with bad words over all very poor
Bus was on time, not many road side non booking pick ups , reached on time But at dhaba the driver stopped the engine and Ac stopped working , it was a bad experience as my family did not get down and were left sweating and claustrophobic for good 20 to 25 minutes.
behaviour of staff is very rude. ac of bus is damaged on seat no. 16.
1)Bus suspension was very poor especially for those at rear side. If one pays heavy charges for travel, it is expected to have comfortable journey and not only the looks of the bus. 2) Cleanliness was also average. 3) Few of the travelers fallen down from upper berth due to improper seat arrangement 4) I will prefer dhariwal travels over HANS
