Some points to improve: 1.It was a 16 hour journey. The bus was very shaky and vibrating throughout and I could not sleep well 2. The bus had a dinner break in a road side dhaba which had very poor quality food. I requested driver and staff to consider alternate hotels/restuarants but they did not agree. 2 passengers started vomitting soon after dinner break due to the food and vibration. The journey was not at all pleasant. Request orange to inform the staff to consider stoppage for food only at decent restaurants. Though I paid 1700 for the ticket, my whole journey was not good due to above reasons.
Extremely bad experience doesnt even maintain time
