I have booked the below tickets for my Parents travelling from Gobichettipalayam, Tamil Nadu to Bangalore, Karnataka on SPS Travels India for 4th May 2016. The bus was an Hour late while reaching bangalore, when I called my parents it is said that the bus was stopped after Hosur and the driver is no where seen.
To complain about this I have called the Head office as below

On the said Phone. The staff who took the phone didn't gave correct information for the travels such act. When asked are you running a bus service or a Logistics where you don't value human time , the exact words he said translated to below.
The Bus will not come. What will you do? Do what ever you could.
I don't know how to react to the situation, felt helpless and kept quiet. Hope this forum give me a solution.
