First Experience is only worst. Money taken twice on 15th July but no revert from the Company. Has been calling company customer every alternate. and same reply is coming its in process. Would suggest to book tickets directly from Bus travel companies. Pathetic Services!!!
I reached borivali at 1pm today. Bus was late by 4 hours. It was supposed to reach at my destination at 9am. They took 5 stops all over in journey and it is the Main reason why bus got late however they will give you an excuse of rain if u will ask them. Let me clarify that it was not raining at every places on our route. They could have speeden up to reach mumbai on time but they had no intention to do a favour for passengers for whom time is precious. And as usual neetas dinner stop were at worst place. Neeta travels should think about getting tieups with good restaurants at highway. They own a volvo but dont maintain their standards by stopping over a place where no passenger would like to eat anything. If they are allowing drivers to select such odd and wrong places then it must be stopped to maintain credibility of their company.
The travel from Goa To Mumbai with VijayAnand(VRL) was great. If it was not for potholes on the road especially between Mahad and Panvel then it would have been splendid. Still I would like to say the driving quality was great. Hope this relationship continues further on various routes too
Bus was very bad. Seat quality is not good, no blanket provided, there is single curtain for upper and lower berth, charching point not working and the worst thing is window was leaking, rain water was comming inside and it wet half of the seat. Front seat was empty so i got seat, otherwise i suffered a lot. Not talked about this to staff , cause when took my bag to deploy it to dikky, they ask luggage for that. There argument is that it is steel material not cloths. I am a geologist carrying my testing equipment, it is not something i am going to sell or i bought from Goa. It is just like doctor carrying his stethoscope, only weight matters , its about 20kg, however i having 2 tickets. Still staff argued with me and asked for money. After long argument the started from 300 and settled for 100rs, but when i asked for bill or receipt they refused to provide any and driver took money to him self. While traveling the stoped bus 2 3 times for extra passengers which cost arround 1 hour late, or they can say we were on time, uf it is right, then definitely the compromise with passengers safety by over speeding. Tgis is what my experience with paulo travels.
