The cancellation of KPN on 31st May to Madurai was not intimated to me either email or phone. I could only know about it from the travel agent at Vyttila while I was enquired about the bus due to delay of their schedule time. It was disappointed me. Then I asked each and every bus stopped at Vyttila and finally SPS accommodated me for my journey to Madurai.
very rude DRIVER. actually the bus was to be arrived at 9.15pm, we were waiting in rain. it came around 9.45pm and
