Keep the timing, A/c not cooling properly & night lamp is heavy.
Seats were awful, People kept sliding down the seat even if we try to sit straight. If driver applies break i had to make sure, i had get hold on something to stop me from falling down. Otherwise all was fine.
AC was too high. The Bus that I booked didnt stop at the informed location. It just passed by without stopping even when I waved my hands to stop. Then a person from the travels office came to the stop and asked me to board another bus that goes by the same route. Is this how irresponsible the bus drivers will be. They did not stop the bus at the stopping. What I could have done if there wasnt any travel agent staff that day.. I would have stood there helpless. In the future, I wouldnt opt for this travels again.
Overall I had a bad experience for the first time while booking from red bus portal. The Kallada bus had zero punctuality (almost an hour and half late at pickup place, went through only city roads instead of highway leading to more loss of time) and was driven poorly. This will be the last time I will go through KALLADA TRAVELS.
