The blanket that they provided was really small and it barely covers from waist to toe. They told that theyd come to pick at my bus stop (that doesnt even have a place to sit) at 8:45, but they came only at 10:00
worst behavior and no punctuality. if u ask for address they say arrogantly. If u talk in malayalam then only they speak
The pick up point got changed and they informed 2 hrs before journey,i have chosen this bus just bec of one reason of nearer pick up point where I stay. Dont trust the availability of seats displayed in red bus most of the seats which was occupied while I was doing by online booking was vacant on travel ,you will get the least preferred/uncomfortable seat if you book through redbus. Please dont choose booking thru redbus and please dont choose this bus also ,because this bus is just an ordinary bus where as it was displayed as multi axle and bla bla ..
Bus reached destination 2.5 hours late.
