they dropped us in udaipur for 6 hours which is not mentioned and they told us to change the bus to a different vendor and top of all the shit we arrived at pune late by 4 hrs. just making an html website is not enough you (redbus) has to make sure that travel agents are good enough (i'll never book a ticket now from that f@ckn travel agent (( @#$% rishab travells)) )

I'm very delighted to get an enquiry right on my same journey day , so that I can explode extreme disappointment. from the departing point , Tiz Hasari, New Delhi, any where not mentioned about a halt in between from morning till evening in udaipur, passengers were not prepared for that. second bus from udaipur lack of information from management not sure when the bus will depart. Lot of confusions, and finally the bus is disgusting, with pungent excruciating, horrible nasty smell. bus is over carrying with passengers, and many are lying on the floor. And always they prefer to stop in some veg eateries, and I see people smoking in the second bus journey and I noticed people get inside there cabin with there filthy footwear . Without realising that is the place we keep our face. I'm so much sad and disappointed and I don't think it worth for the money what I paid
