Delhi, the National Capital Region of India, is one of the oldest cities in the country. It stands along the banks of the river Yamuna in the east, and is surrounded by the Aravalli range in the west and south. Relics of ancient India can still be seens around every corner in Delhi. It is also the epicenter of the Indian political system. With an urban population of more than 25 million residents, Delhi is a melting pot of culture. Forts, markets, street food, chaos, mass diversity, and students at every corner. This is today’s Delhi. The Qutub Minar, Lotus Temple, Humayun’s Tomb, and India Gate are some of the most popular places in Delhi where travellers and tourists flock to while visiting the city.
SUSPENSION OF THE BUS WAS AWESOME AND THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE. COOLING WAS GOOD ENOUGH
The Bus drivers/conductor were not sensitive to the needs of women passengers need for toilet stops at proper intervals. At one place where they stopped there was no proper ladies toilet. Generally the drivers could have done with some good training in how to behave and with some orientation. Also the Bus took 13 hours to reach from Delhi to Pathankot which I believe was excessive even taking into account the rain that night. The Drivers should be given a uniform with their name tag on it so that in case of complaints we can identify who is the culprit and not have to rely on facial features to describe him
worst bus ever seen by me in red bus,too unconfortable seats,u vl not be able to sleep properly even cant seat properly!
The bus took very long to our destination. When were supposed to reach Pathankot at 7:00 am, we reached at 11:00am. It seemed that the driver was taking the wrong route and was not using the by-pass. The drivers responses to our queries was very rude and rash. He had no consideration for female passengers and refused to stop for a toilet break for them. My family and I had a bad experience with our journey today and I would suggest you take strict action your driver and inquire into the reasons for the delay. for
