1. Seats were not properly cleaned. 2. There was no control for the cooling of AC 3. Staff behavior was not good Overall it was a very bad experience to travel through Travel Point. Will not recommend to anyone.
Excellent Bus,excellent staff and bang on time.
So many problems:- 1. AC wasnt working for the lower berths. In temperature of 45 degrees, it was very much problematic 2. Racks were in front and rear instead of side.you have to sleep and wake up carefully to not bang your head against it. 2. Bus waited for nearly 1 hour at some toll before Katra entry. When enquired the conductor, he kept on making excuses that there is some challan issue pending. He was happily chitchatting and relaxing leaving behind the passengers without any definite news of resumption of trip. Seriously unprofessional behavior.
our journey was pleasent and OK. However our boarding place was changed from Red fort to Rama Krishna Ashram by the Management due to which we were tense due to shortage of time. Second issue was no drinking water provided as complimentary. One passenger had argument with the driver on this issue.
