AC was not working properly. Too much mosquitoes in cabin.
The bus no. was not correct mentioned into message at the time of booking. Bus was came too late from their pick up time. So many buses over pick up point very much confusion to search the buses at its position. No arrangement for sitting regarding waiting.
As the bus crossed border of Punjab and entered Jammu, We were off loaded to another bus before Kathua as the bus did not have valid permissions from J & K State as it had UP Reg. No.. We were made to sit behind the drivers seat in another bus wth J & K Reg.no. as there were no seat in that bus. It was supposed to reach at Jammu at 5.30 AM on May 17 but it actually reached at 10.00. Buses of the same Company scheduled to reach later, were actually seen moving past this bus which we had boarded from Delhi. Hope as a responsible Company, you will refund the money to us because of a lot of avoidable inconvenience to us. Pl. do not simply regret.
No punctuality at all. AC was just for the sake of it actually it was fan that was working. Quality of bus was below average. And at last bad experience.
