It was awful. The bus was driven very slowly there was an unnecessary halt at Jaipur and when asked they refused to answer we reached Ajmer at 8:30 whereas the usual time 7
Seats are in bad condition u need to just close ur eyes and nose to get used to the smell and dirt in the beginning. It started half an hour late and reached 2 hours late. Staff was nice and co operative.
