Delhi, the National Capital Region of India, is one of the oldest cities in the country. It stands along the banks of the river Yamuna in the east, and is surrounded by the Aravalli range in the west and south. Relics of ancient India can still be seens around every corner in Delhi. It is also the epicenter of the Indian political system. With an urban population of more than 25 million residents, Delhi is a melting pot of culture. Forts, markets, street food, chaos, mass diversity, and students at every corner. This is today’s Delhi. The Qutub Minar, Lotus Temple, Humayun’s Tomb, and India Gate are some of the most popular places in Delhi where travellers and tourists flock to while visiting the city.
It was one of the worst experience I have had in India. Not only did bus not pick me up from my station (sakhet metro station), we had to guy and meet them at another (much further stop). Then when we finally got on the highway the bus cracked down. Then we had to wait for another bus to come and take us, we took considerable time off our schedule. I am going to recommend to my friends abroad never to enter into this service again! I hated every second of it. I wasnt even warned that I would be the only foreigner. Then when we finally came back to delhi, the bus driver dropped me off at a place that he said was sakhet metro station (but it actually wasnt)
The full journey from starting was awefull. Firstly we had an argument woth the owner of the bus for coming to some other place rather than the nodal. its already when is suggested that we have to be picked up at 7:45 from PARI CHAUK then why do we have to have such arguments. We were made to call hell lot of people (bus Owner, bus conductor, bus driver) just to make sure that the pick up should be arranged from parichauk. and den at last when they finally came to decision that they would come to pari chowk, the bus conductor is showing us his arrogance by saying... Pick up is at 7:45... u guys be 1 minute late and we will move the bus. Then to see, we were all on time but the bus came at 09:00 am whereas the scheduled timing was for 07:45 am for my pick-up point. Already we were 2 hours late..and then the foolish pwople are taking us to places like Mini-Taj Mahal, Petha shop etc. We didnt came for shoping but to see the place. It was a total time-waste. The place where we should have been given the maximum amount of time TAJ MAHAL, there we were provided only 1 hr 40 mints. Gling and coming from the Bus stop only takes haf an hour. How on the Earth are we expected to see the fuull TAJ with a ticlet of 40 in hand and a queue of 1000s people in it. There was no time management. Secondly... when you guys know that the trip includes Muthura-Vrindawan-Agra... and Mathura Vrindawan have their time limit, why the trip wasnt started from their. We have paid a amount around 500 for 3 llaces... out of which we were able to enjoi just one... even the second place was covered half. We were said that the Mathura and Vrindawan could not be seen after 7:30 as the gates will be closed... we started to mathura at around 6:45... already the driver was saying it will take 2 hours to reach their... then how the hell on Eartb we will be reaching to mathura vrindawan in 45mints of time... But we werw told at 11PM at night that we will not be taking you guys to Mathura and Vrindawan and were given silly excuses of rainfall and traffic for not recovering rest of the locations. Entire group of people work for a tourism business they should very well know that if a temple has certain timings and it will be closed at evening time , then those temples should be covered first and then the rest of locations ( avoiding useless locations ) which was a common sense! Also, there was a leakage of water ( while raining ) in the bus , there was water on our seats and when passangers questioned about the maintenance of bus they were given a rude reply. I wpuld like to get even this to notoce that Even the charging points were switched off for half of the journey. When onw of the passenger asked the driver to turn it On she was given a very rude rwply by the driver and was asked ro call the owner. Even after talking to owner the charging points were turned on after very long argument. Firstly, in moving bus you are supposed to give the charging to the charging slots for the passenger... secondly how can the person be so rude and disrespectfull to a girl. On whole, I and i think we all had a terrible experience!A trip just for getting tired. I would never recommend anyone to go for this bus. Even I am shocked that redbus could provide such horrible services. I had never expected tht the journey would end so terribly. This trip has failed all the expectations i had from redbus services. I would like to claimback my money I spent on this terrible experince. I would like you to refund back my money!
Your food service is very bad. There staff stop the bus which dhaba food quality very bad.and cost is very high.i am very disappointed with your services.
Everything is bad about this bus. The condition is bad, staff behaviour was really bad especially towards women, they deliberately delay the bus ignoring safety concerns. I booked delhi Agra but we were forced to go to Mathura and Brindavan even if it was 11 in the night, the staff for intoxicated at night and were really disrespectful towards me and my family who were visiting India for the first time. The Ac was broken and touts were allowed to come on board and pitch their products which we didnt sign up for. I really disappointed with red bus for having them listed with such high ratings. I was actually considering legal complaint (it was that horrible and traumatic)
