Everything is bad about this bus. The condition is bad, staff behaviour was really bad especially towards women, they deliberately delay the bus ignoring safety concerns. I booked delhi Agra but we were forced to go to Mathura and Brindavan even if it was 11 in the night, the staff for intoxicated at night and were really disrespectful towards me and my family who were visiting India for the first time. The Ac was broken and touts were allowed to come on board and pitch their products which we didnt sign up for. I really disappointed with red bus for having them listed with such high ratings. I was actually considering legal complaint (it was that horrible and traumatic)

Really a horrible experience. Travelled for the first time to Delhi. The words from the driver when asked what will be the time when we will reach to Delhi and can you drop me to the nearest point to my place? "Dhekiye ji hum to raat 2 Baaje Dehli pahunchange, aur aapke bole hue jagha hum jaa nahi sakte! aap chaho to Agra utar kar train mein chale jaao 9:00 baje pahuncjayenge, humko koi dikkat nahi hai" PS: scheduled time to reach Delhi was 11:30 PM.However the bus quality and condition was good. The restaurants for which the driver stopped were overpriced for a very little quantity of food,Forced to consume the same. The staff prefered first on selling the marble model of Tajmahal for 1 hour later they went on to show the actual one.
