I was there in cuddalore by 12.30am on 15th aug and waiting for the bus ,till 3am the bus has not come ,I have kept on calling universal office and also red bus and no one has responded,because of this incident my whole plan in rameswarem has been messed up,and by having other local bus service I reached my place with lot of sufferings,since I missed the bus in the morning I was in a pityable situvation to cancel my return ticket

After all this happened I just called universal bus service on 9865511926 a person named sridar asked all my issues and finally he asked the PNR number and said that the date of journey which reflects on their system in on 16th aug 1.30am,and said me that the red bus has given me the wrong data.And he also told that the solution will be given by red bus
Since I have booked my ticket via red bus now iam in loss of my time and money ,which brought me a worst experience.
Now please justify me for the loss made .
