Seats are worn out. They are no longer suitable to be called luxury travel. the seat cover is all broken into bits and pieces. Time to change them I guess. Also, the blanket is not being washed or cleaned I guess. Only when the bus leaves Hyd, they give the blanket in cover. But from CBE, they are simply re-using it without cleaning. Bus suspension was good. Otherwise, nothing much to say. They have to take care of the seats and the holders behind the seats.
