Very tedious journey. Only stopped the bus at Palakkad for food--Aryas Hotel. Such a long trip not provided the minimum standards, not stopped for urinals. All the category of people were suffered too much. In between Coimbatore and Trichi without ticket so many passengers entered and gave special money to driver. While returning the trip the timings was 6.30. The bus arrived at 9.45 pm, all ladies standing on the road with heavy rain. No message got in the mobile phone that the bus is late ...Here after nobody will prefer Universal bus travels charted by the REDBUS

Its the worst travels Ive ever travelled with. They had said the time of departure as 1830 then when I reached their office, they asked me to come after an hour. But the bus came only by 2130. After booking ticket for an AC bus, what came was a non AC dilapidated roofed bus, which kept leaking throughout the journey because of the rain. I was literally cramped up to the corner of the seat to keep myself away from rain, within the so-called bus. Finally to add up to the mess, for a journey taking approximately 14 hrs, they dropped me at Vytilla at 1230. I dont know how to explain how miserable Im feeling.

from chidambaram to ernakulam they made me to travelled in 4 buses(Universal travels Volvo AC). Booked for Volvo AC but made us to travel in Non AC and paid Rs100/- cashback. The worst journey in my life.During my tired sleep they made me get down with all luggages to next bus.Redbus is also supporting such issues. You never be victory all the time making the passengers to such situation.
