I have travelled from Guindy to Trichy on 11th August... I booked in 11pm at Guindy bus but the reaches Guindy by 12am. When I called up and ask where is the bus they harshly reply we are in traffic wait. If 10-20mins delay can be tolerable but 1 hr delay that too night time. Lot of reasons may be there for delay but the response too worstshould be .toTrichy .
