Kallada is the worst bus service that I have ever seen. Travel on a bullock cart would have been much more better than traveling in Kallada. The ac in the bus was leaking. It was very cold inside. The blanket stinks. The suspension had some problem which left all the passengers with back pain. They did not stop anywhere for tea. Pls dont opt this travels. My entire trip was spoilt because of the travel in Kallada.
Bus was late by 1.5hrs ... after that the bus tyres were getting replaced... overall the bus reached the dropping point at 1pm instead of 7:30am
The bus was late by 4 hours or more partly due to the heavy traffic on the day. It was a comfortable journey though.
