Hi Team, We Booked the bus on sep 11 around 9.10 PM through redbus. But bus departed from coimbade before that and they closed the chart around 7 PM (as they informed). If that might be the sitaution, you please disable the booking facility for the particular bus in redbus website. Travelers booked our seat for some one before we boarding in chrompet. Our good time, bus stopped in chrompet bus stand for other passengers. At that time, we showed our red bus booking ticket and argued with driver. Finally he arranged the last seat for my Mom. If it is guy, he can manage, even in last seat. How parents can able to manage? Please try to understand the situation and disable the booking once travelers closing their chart as like Train booking. Else emergengy booking should be added. So that, no one will suffer in future. Thanks for an opputunity to share this problem with redbus. Please take this as priority. Regards, Banu Deivanai S
