The Bus was Scheduled for journey till Nagapattinam from Chennai. But After reaching Karaikal, the passengers were asked to move to another bus without proper reason(Bus was in good condition). When we were about to board the other bus,it was realized that the bus was full and there were no seats available. So the other bus left and meanwhile our bus also left to a nearby place without proper notification from the co-ordinator. We were waiting for around 30 mins without any bus and at-last we were asked to board a different bus and finally reached the destination. As a passenger.I had a very bitter experience travelling with this bus.
