I booked this ticket for my mother. I received a message that the bus will be delayed for 20 minutes, due to service maintenance at 6:33 pm. We waited for very long time. When I called the concern person, he told that bus will be started in 15 minutes, 30 minutes repeatedly. We waited till 8:30 pm in perungalathur. Even at that time also, he said like that only. We were waited for 2 hours, and my mother who is 60 years old cannot be able to stand for long time in perungalathur bus stop. I sent her in another bus which came by. The money is wasted. I had another appointment after sent off her, that also I couldnt complete it. The response is not good. Will they check the condition of bus only at the time of departure..?? They could have arranged and sent another bus than making the customers to wait. They just careless just because they got the money, if it is like cash on delivery method, would they do like this. Hope redbus never checks anything. Will never recommend redbus to anyone hereafter. Its just a lesson to us. Then, after sending my mother in another bus, I came back to home. This bus fellows reached the perungalathur bus stop by 9:40 pm and calling me, sir, where are you.. ?? Just think is this the way to satisfy customers.
