First of all service is not so good and apart from that timing is also major issue....I faced it couple of times with same trqvels
The seats retracting mechanism was clunky. The bus has a cracked windshield posing ever present danger during journey.
said will reach hyderabad by 545am but reached destination 730am
I have had some excellent travelling experiences with Orange Travels. The semi-sleepers have never been less than excellent, with decent staff and safe stops for breaks. However, the sleeper bus experience was one the worst experience of my life. 1. Rude, unintelligible conductor- did not give proper directions to the pick up location, WHICH WAS NOT THE SAME AS MENTIONED ON THE TICKET. He yanked open curtains, yelled at me for asking for a new blanket and does not deserve to work for Orange Travels. 2. Musty blankets- they smelt like old socks, even though they were packed. I could not use them at all. 3. Unsafe toilet stop- we stopped in the middle of the road. The conductor asked us to cross the highway at night, and get to a dhabha where men were getting drunk. Did not accompany us. The toilets had no lights, no water and had been used several times that way. We women had to find a secluded corner and urinate in the open. THE CONDUCTOR DID NOT FIND US A PROPER PLACE.
