Bus did not have proper bus stop even in Chandigarh. One hour plus two ladies have to stand on road for catching bus, that too stop location itself was not clear. Night 11:50 PM was time of arrival at Chandigarh and it arrived at 12:35 AM. Staff behaviour and bus cleanness was satisfactory
The bus was late by an hour. I had to wait at the stop from midnight till 1AM. This is not justifiable from any standards. You have already lost one customer.
The pickup address changed without prior notice sector 17 to sector 22D, i had to take another cab to reach the sec-22 & wait for another 1 hour 30 minutes because they even delayed the departure time from 11:00AM to 12:15PM, what could be worse i had booked seat number 3 & 4 for two of us but driver added one more passenger on my seat saying that between row has 3 passenger seat. So in total it was the worst first & last traveling experience i have had with redbus service.
Excellent!! Driver Dev was well spoken and courteous. A great experience I would always use red bus for my upcoming visits to Chandigarh.
