Bus was supposed to come to the point of departure but due to technical reasons the Co had arranged car for transportation but they dropped in the middle of nowhere from where I had to walk nearly half mile to reach the bus.
Staff behaviour was very bad. I was late by just 20 mins becase of heavy traffic but they were arogant in talking. Not very coperative staff
Staff behavior is not ethical. Driver has been noticed shouting at customers for small delay in reporting time.
Lights were too bright , better to switch off lights or use dim lights
