The bus was clean and nice. staff was courteous and cooperative (i did not come across any rude behaviour as was pointed in some reviews). accommodation provided was quite decent. it is nice package tour for tirupati to have hassle free darshan and get back. SRS being well-established travel brand, is upto it. over all satisfied.
We had booked Bangalore to tirupati package tour. And that means they will help .. Can you believe it through package tour it took us 12hrs for darshan. We booked tickets through red bus post checking details and as advised went for Sri Venkateshwara tours and travels. No coordination, people are rude. We went in bus booked through Venkateshwara agency and came back in Manish travels.this was a hell lot of experience. We wer suppose to return sunday evening by 9.00 pm but reached Monday morning 9.00 am. Guide person from Venkateshwara tours in tirupati has no manners n has sense to talk very rude person.
Journey was good, guide was Nice person, bus seat comparable was not good.
