Very bad bus service. They have no manners and worst in terms of punctuality. To feedback for redbus . please give a suggestion to customers to book VIP passes for darshan in tirupati for quick turnaround time.
Is there a way I can provide negative ratings. I would give minus 5 for all the areas. 1) Had to change bus 3-4 times midway midnight. later we got to know that they do this to save some taxes. 2) Bus provided was not multi-axle but normal volvo. 3) No special darshan was arranged in tirupati. It took more than 12 hours for normal darshan. They would have told us this in beginning itself. And no refund of 300/- which they charge for special darshan. Overall, It was nothing like a package. If we had known this, we would have booked everything ourself separately. Only good thing in trip was Darshan of Lord Balaji.
I have booked some other bus, n they have arranged some other transportation. Its very bad
We had a good experience in our trip. Everything was arranged smoothly. E had darshan in one hour flat but we were sent to special darshan citing heavy rush but there was no rush eventually.
