Hi Team, I had booked for 10th June 2:30 AM Alhind bus. It got cancelled as the bus was going for service and then i booked for 2AM Kallada. Around 12AM i got a call from Kallada, stating the supposed to be bus would be late and i will be clubbed with 3:30AM but which reached palakkad around 10:30AM. D you really think these are a professional way of handling things. I booked the 2AM bus because i needed to reach home fast to attend a function and i reached by 11AM. the bus would have reached palakkad around 10AM, if it wasnt delayed here and there apart from the breakfast break. i strongly recommend you to look in to this, if you have any grip over these. Thanks Binil
The bus which I opt didnt travel in the usual route, they go through some interior roads, they waited in some drop points for more than half an hour for their pickup vans. the seat was not fully comfortable. while booking it is mentioned that the bus will reach the destination by 4am. but it reached by 5.50am. Totally disappointed with nila travels.
The bus is new and good. It starts from Hyderabad. And for the passengers boarding from bangalore, we wont get new blankets and the temperature inside the bus is chilling. Ask for new blankets, staff says you have to use the used ones!!!
Pickup point not honoured by Orange, ticke was booked because point wqs ganganagar,.close to home and senior citizrns travrlling. Half annhour before pick up he calls and tells to come tk Anand tao circle and no apologies or explanation. Then after going there had to wait nearly 2 hours for connecting bus to drop to domlur. They have a manager called Hemanth, extremely rude and uncooperative. Will advise all to avoid Orange travels
