It was really an excellent journey.I really enjoyed it.
First things first, there was less space for sleeping. I was uncomfortable in my whole journey. Secondly, the ticket checker talked rudely. And third, the bus was driven with sudden breaks leading to increase in our discomfort.
Horrible experience. A/C was not working. Seats were very uncomfortable. Bus started very late from Bangalore. On rebus website they have mentioned arrival time in ooty as 6.30 am but they reached ooty at 12 in afternoon. On the way they were picking up passengers like a local bus. Please dont travel from Sam tourist. Your holiday will get ruined
This is was my first experience. Bus facility is good. Kindly make sure that all the charging points are working properly. Cleanliness - thumbs up!! Overall it was good.
