Myself karthik traveled in KPN bus on 05-8-16 from Bengaluru to Madurai vide Ticket no TJ8Q47459537. Like to inform that bus maintenance was worst thought it was Volvo Multi axle it was worst in condition. Lots of Bed Bugs , cockroach roaming around . And AC my god it smells like raw flesh . So i cancelled return ticket . Hope this is the worst travel i ever made. I dont recommend any one to travel in Future myself too. If you really care to serve customers pls maintain bus.
dirty bus.. there are n number of bed bugs in bus and driver , conductor behaviour is too rude.
bus timing delay from boarding and departure.And A/C also they not using continuesly. They switching off sometimes.
