I reached pickup point late by 10 min due to heavy rain and traffic jam. Just 5min after departure time, they gave me a call and I informed them that I will reach by 5min, but when I reached the bus had left. VRL office manager asked me to get into another bus & told me I can get into the missed bus at hotel(dinner-stop). But when this bus reached they had left and when asked, the driver & his colleague washed their hands saying we didnt say we will help u get into the other bus. After this when i called VRL manager he started saying that it was my fault for being late and he disconnected. Later the driver and his colleague asked me to go and take a seat at the back(semi sleeper bus) as the front seat i had occupied(given by vrl manager) was given to another person in midway( at tumkur). Thus I had to travel sitting at the back seat. Note: They said that people in bus cant wait (10 min to 15 min)for single person, Hence bus left
