Had very bad experience... On that day I got confirmation from redbus multiple times that my boarding point is Kalasipalayam; and the bus will reach there before 8PM. I have reached Kalasipalayam by 7:35PM and waited for almost an hour and then I called up the contact given in the redbus SMS. He replied Bus will not come to Kalasipalayam, you have to come to Madiwala in a few minutes. Then I called up customer service, he put me on hold multiple times and after losing another 15 minutes, he came up with the reply that I have to go to Madiwala to catch the bus, otherwise I will miss the travel. I had to rush with my family making them panic and somehow managed to reach Madiwala. I asked the Golden Pearl Travels guys there about the change and why didnt they inform me well in advance. They started hide and seek game there by pointing at each other and yes I had to raise my voice there; they made me to. Then they managed to escape by refunding my auto-charge from Kalasipalayam to Madiwala. It was a very irritating and bad experience. I would recommend users to double check your boarding point because these guys will change it at their convenience.
Bus Starts from KalasiPalya. Not From Majestic. We were sent to K.Palya by an AutoRickshaw. All good ??
I have two points to address: Staff needs more hospitality training. Single sleeper bed space is too small. Thanks Fahad Hasan
