Overall experience was good. I have no complaints. Booking and other facilities were excellent.
The actual destination of the bus was payyanur. But at the time of booking using the app, when I searched for the buses to payyanur, this bus wasn't listed.
The bus reached at destination on time. The time of arrival was 11.10pm, but the bus came at 11.40. This made me to wait a long time.
Please correct them.
