I think the bus was too old. Didnt get feel of travelling in a volvo
There was no intimation regarding the bus details or contact number. I was confused when the bus was late, but I have to get the contact details of the bus crew from red bus team. My seating was also changed without any intimation. I have to argue with the co passengers on my seat (G1) and later the crew offered me another seat. This spoiled my journey mood. Also I was made to board another bus from Madiwala, for reaching my destination point (as booked), Kalasipalyam.
Bus quality and driving was good. Dint stop anywhere for restroom facility. After asking twice only stopped in a below average place for restroom.
NEVER, NEVER AGAIN ON ORANGE TRAVELS ----------------------------- Bus quality was good, Punctuality was ok types , but the Staff behavior especially drivers behavior was hopeless. 1- He didnt even stop at any place for food, which the operator should have informed the customer in advance 2- He stopped the bus in an open place after many request from the passengers for passing urine 3- The above action didnt help lady passengers and I saw a passenger begging several times to the driver to stop the bus at a petrol bunk or restaurant to get into a washroom. 4- This bloody driver do not even know where to stop the bus, He stopped almost 1.5kms after Electronic City bus stop and made passengers to get down in a remote area saying its Electronic City. There is a bus stop for all 5000+ buses plying from Salem to Bangalore in Electronic city which is near to toll plaza and this bugger was not ready to stop th saying his bus will not stop ther 5- The same happened at Silk Board stop also and he bloody made me to walk 2kms during today early morning at 4.30 which I managed to make it, because his bullshit bus was going to Hyderabad and he was not ready to stop at the major Madiwala stop which is just after Madiwala underpass but for him the stop is in-front of police station. Take the case of any lady passenger who was on this bus that time? Who will hold responsibility if something happens to any lady passenger after getting down from this during early morning. First try too understand the customers need and then appoint drivers who has an empathy towards the customers using the service
