    Time given for boarding-2250 hr, but bus came at 0245 hr, whole travel plan went for a six,imagine , standing on GT road for 3 hours , bus quality extremely bad, behaviour of staff- rude. Pathetic experience, will not recommend to anyone.

    My family was coming from Haridwar with my parents and kids They have to change bus at ambla and I was told that bus will arrive at 11.35 at it reached at 2:15 am it was very bad experience

    Very poor air conditioning, driver had very rude behaviour & we had very bad time ,he was not stopping even for urination. . Good luck for future

    Everything was okay, except that when they made a stop at a dhaba near Peepli, they turned off the Air Conditioning of the bus. This made the people who were not getting down there very uncomfortable.
