Since it is an AC bus, we expect better blanket which is clean and would help us to cover our whole body. The blanket is too small that we were not able to cover ourselves.

Scheduled arrival time at Aluva was 1.40 AM, but reached at 4 AM due to heavy traffic from Alleppy to Edappally. That we can understand, but while calling to the mobile number provided, they were not attended.
