I wasnt informed when my destination has came we already passed 75 kms then I asked driver then when we r going to reach Abu Road, he told.me that it is already passed we were a couple then also he didnt inform us nd we have to bored another bus to reach our destination, poor co-ordination between bus authority nd drivers.
It was very bad experience...In sleeper seat c...There was water coming out of the ac...not able to seat also..I have change my seat twice ..It was very bad experience

The bus driver took bypass route(Not proper Abu Road) and had to get off in the middle of no where. This should have been communicated while booking ticket.
