redBus does not have its own buses. However, we work with a pool of mini bus operators in Goa and every other city of our operation. Every time a customer has a mini bus requirement, we select from this pool of operators to procure the bus.
redBus charges zero booking charges, and there are no fees for generating the operator quotes as well.
redBus charges you per kilometre, and the distance is worked out based on the start and end points you offer. We calculate the kilometres based on the distance between start and end points of the journey. This does not include kilometres between garage and start point.
No, we present a detailed quote along with bus photographs and relevant information. You can study the images before choosing the bus.
The operator will send a new bus immediately. Neither redBus nor the operator penalises customers for delays or technical snags during the trip.
In case of outstation trips, Kilometers are calculated basis the return trip distance between the source and destination.Any extra kilometers which are used within the city and the distance from the Garage are not calculated.
