redBus ran a voluntary, free survey on its app and through mailers to its customer base. The objective of this survey was to measure consumer sentiment toward government-owned intercity bus services (also known as RTC, ST / STU / Roadways).
The survey includes responses from passengers who use government-owned intercity bus services and those who do not. The survey comprises responses from more than 11,000 respondents. This survey was an independent market research exercise undertaken by redBus solely for research purposes.
