the bus was supposed to come at 11 o clock but reached at 12:40 at the boarding point.i reported at the boarding point by 10:30 and informed the agent/helpline for boarding point about my arrival they told me that the bus might get delayed by about 15 mins, which i accepted. but when the bus has not arrived even at 11:45 i call'ed them and asked about the bus the y plainly told me that they are just agents and that they do not have information regarding the bus and asked me call the travels hq,also they refused to help me as the ticket was not booked from their side. more so we were standing on the road from the time of arrival at location as their offices were closed. with no help and place to sit we were made to wait for 2 hours. i would like team redbus to seriously take up this matter and sort out the issue. also since redbus helpline closes at 11 i had recorded a message regarding this on the helpline no around 11:50pm, but never got any response to it till date. i had chosen srs for its punctuality and reliability-but they completely let me down that day. hoping to continue with redbus and have better experince next time around,and seek to see changes in the service the next time around.
