              Drive and cleaner behavior was very ridiculous. They were stopping bus to take any man inside so that they can earn side income. They are not taking care that passenger should be dropped at desired location. In all the new punctual staff should be there

              Redbus has shown bus arrival time at aurangabad of 02:00 am, but we had reached at around 04:00 am, without any emergency stoppage. Half hour is ok, but 2 hours delay not expected.

              The ticket what I had booked to travel that bus was cancelled and the have shifted to another bus of of 8.15 PM and the they have was 29 no. Which was last seat. In Earlier bus my seat no was 17. I can't sleep whole night. This was rediculas journey.

              1.There is mobile charging facility which is an advantage. 2.Poor Punctuality. 3.the bus has poor suspensions. 4.The berths fall short for tall persons (6ft).
