In red bus there is no option to select boarding point as it is available in abhi bus app. Driver waited for me at wrong place and when I boarded the he shouted at me for not boarding at bus starting point. Next time onwards I will switch on to anhibus app.
Team, I had a worst experience through red bus app for the first time and you let me delete the app instantly. I booked for AC and you brought me to NON-AC bus ultimately. Please get back via my email to know the actual details.
overall it was good hospitality, so no problems.
thanks to red bus for that.

good to travel but don't carry heavy luggage..u find no proper place to put them
Everything is good. One suggestion, there are multiple boarding points in Visakhapatnam however it reflects only one boarding point. The driver assumes we are boarding at APSRTC Main Complex however we have to board at NAD Kotha Road.
I was wonder and drumstuck seeing the services as we came out from Gajuwaka , the bus lost the control and got stuck in middle of the road. At night time in cold atmosphere we left alone and calling the depo for support . We didn't got anything for 2 hours . I lost the hopes and then I caught some other vechile to reach my destination. Now you tell me if I am a ill or with going in emergency then what would be my condition . I m sure I will be not getting any resolution for this however for showing my concern .
