Bus quality is good. Almost maintained correct time and promptfeed back regarding timings and update information and staff behaviour also good. I think that in my view your so much better than others.
After Traveling 100Kms from Vizag, Rear tyre (Driver side) got busted..It took 4hrs to repair the same. The delay is mainly due to non-availability of proper tools such as Hydraulic jack etc. The tyre got repaired after Volvo Engineer repaired after traveling from Vizag. Also the Air pipe was leaking ( Guess belong to suspension).Instead of 5.30 AM, I have reached 11.30 AM,so delay of almost 6Hrs!!!!.
Bus is very good from outside. But seats are very small and air condition is not efficient.
When I had booked the ticket, no where it was mentioned that the bus will not halt for dinner, none of the staff also said so, therefore I boarded without having dinner & to my shock the driver refused to halt even to take parcel, in fact we had to go in the open for natures call as the bus didnt even halt at a restaurant for that. This just ridiculous & not acceptable, it is completely inhuman, I have lost faith in the bus service provider as well as redbus as the facts were not disclosed while booking
