I booked the sleeper ticket to mother(aged 58year), I selected lower sleeper berth next to lady seat. But when I enter the some male person came to that place and they changed the berth of mother to upper. She not comfort in the upper berth. Due to seat selection and everything I came to redbus and selected the berth by paying 1000. It is toooo worst to pay 1000 for uncomfortable berth. Please refund my money back.
I know u will say that we will talk to travelers and give instruction not do it again. You dont bother about the service they why you are taking the feedback.
