This is my first negative review after many good journeys. I booked a seat in an AC Sleeper coach from Transit travels. The bus arrived the pickup point in time, but the electronic equipment (TV) didnt work during the journey and above all the bus was stopped due to some breakdown and the staff moved us to another bus which was already full. This was the worst part, I travelled my remaining journey standing and reached the destination three hours lately. We have paid high fare and dont think we deserved such a bad experience. Please take care and try to not repeat this.
Bus was good and staff behaviour also good,we faced a problém. Bus engine oil pipe was damaged and we waited 1:30 Hr in road and lastly catched the tsrtc gov bus and reached hyd by 11 am instead of 7am,its created a problém to my family and i could attend for interview,i suggest to check the bus conditipn before it starting,if any patients are there what will be position
