The basic facilities were OK. Charging point was working. A/c working. Reached destination 1.5 hours late. Restrooms on the way werent good.
A/C controlling not working in all seats... Mobile charhing port not there.. 2 hrs extra journey happened(late)
There was confusion in the boarding point. Nobody was responding to the phone call to the mobile number given on the body of the bus ticket. SRM Transport office was closed, creating all the confusion and panic. Even if it is a Sunday/holiday either the office should remain open atleast 1hr before bus departure and somebody should respond to the phone call. The indian railways does not sleep and remains alert 24x7, so why the SRM transport company office was not 24x7 alert at Vizag on holidays. This caused lots of mental tension and wastage of valuable time and energy before boarding the bus, particularly for new users on holidays. The journey was however comfortable, but arrival at destination was unusally delayed by nearly two hours.
Could have provided water bottle atleast
