The droppings points of the bus did not displayed in your website. It caused me facing difficulty in getting down at my desired bus stop as I was unaware of the city to which I was going. But the bus staff behaviour was very rude, in fat they did not want any of the passengers including senior citizens to help from their side. This is a very ruthless kind of attitude from the bus staff side. So I request you to kindly incorporate dropping points of each and every bus to help the passengers to plan for their travel.
