The welcome message was fantastic, the reminders , e tickets were fantastic. The reporting time was @ 5.30PM.., We were on time. There were no communication on delay on bus arrival. At least if we would have received any communication, we should have started late. U guys have all the communication number on hand & knows the travel hours from original destination to the place where we are suppose to board. If the scheduled departure is late, should have updated by SMS or a phone call. Un necessarily we had been forced to stand on a road with a hot & dusty surroundings for almost 2.30 Hrs., I got into allergic status with the dusty situation. It was around 7.00PM we googled for KPN Travels & Tracked down the driver's phone no & got a message that the bus is late.,& will take another an hour to arrive. It was around 7.45 the bus came. ridiculous & felt bad on the way the journey began. Though the bus is of world class., the arrival & communication is far below the indian railway standard. What to do, being in india, booking on a world class bus, with a world class online site & expect a world class customer service is I am sorry, i should n't. You guys should have charged additional 15 paise for the follow up update SMS and paid to KPN for bus status on move. Next time don't forget to charge the 15Paise, oKay...?
