can you expect a bus which is started from origin at 10.25 PM and still in origin till 01.00 AM, roaming here an there for passengers. we have experienced that.its like a hell, better dont travel the buses which is giving this sort of service. If you could give option to us to rank them below 1, we would like to give -5. so you must have understood the criticality with the bus operator.
Dirtiest bus I have ever travelled. Suppose to come at 11.15, but showed up around 11.40 Suppose to reach my destination around 5.15, but reached at 6.15 Bedspreads are dusty & they dont provide bottled water as well Will never travel again.
The staff was so arrogant and rude towards passengers. They feel as they are giving us a free ride and not that we paid for the service. Dear kesineni please change this attitude, I have been travelling in ur services for a long time but never had a problem like this. Ensure not to happen again.
Bus condition is good. Pillow size is small and hard, except this everything is good. I recommend it.
