I had arrived at the Benz Circle at 6:45 (the reporting time on my ticket) hoping to board the bus at 7:00. After many attempts to reaching the number I was told that the bus will arrive at 9:00 PM. I waited till around 9:20 and called again and after many attempts I was able to connect and was informed that the bus will arrive at 11:00 PM. By 11:15 PM I do not remember the number of times I had call. By this time my husband had started calling the red bus support number in vijayawada who had no clue about the whereabouts of the bus. The bus finally arrived at around 11:45 PM. I a female passenger had to wait for 5 hrs just to board the bus. The travel in the bus was disgusting as the driver kept on stopping for flimsy reasons (or probably boarding un reserved passengers) all the while. I finally reached Gangavathi at 12:30 Noon the next day. My husband was frequently calling the contact number on my ticket to check on the progress of my journey who have been lying all the time. He came to know this because he himself had to wait in Gangavathi for one hour in scorching sun as they had lied about the arrival of the bus. Since I had a return ticket at 3:30 PM I was unable to finish my work that I came for and now have to travel again and will certainly not use redbus.in or GPR travels. I sincerely think and hope that everyone involved should suffer from diarrhea for at least 48 hrs so they can understand the ordeal that I went through. I will wait for your response and start posting on facebook. I Hope you will get what you really deserve ultimately if not earlier.
