Bus was 2 hrs late...... no bus personnel attended the call..... they behaved v rudely upon asking the reason for late and not attending the call.

Very Bad. Bus final destination was CMBT. It dropped all the passengers at Waltax Road , quite far from the final destination and left saying that another bus of their travels got broke down and went off, leaving all of us in heavy rain. I rate the travel 1
