Bus timing shows 8:45pm departure(even we received the alert message saying bus will start by 8:45pm from selected origin), but it started at 8:30pm. staff is saying departure time is 8:20pm we are late by 10 minutes(this was by travels person sitting in vijayawada. if these guys dont update the correct time to customers, how customers will know that bus is starting before the said time. travel guys not bothered to call & inform customers.
Bus was Fully Over load with Parcel service, it was not good for Bus as well as Passengers, if any thing happen, who is the responsible for this? Let me know...
Overall very good bus and travels. We need many like this travels to rayalaseema.
Blankets are very dirty. Bus is with full of mosquitos. Bus itself smells stinky. Leg space is very congested.
