nice experience , on time departure and arrival, recommend to plan travel with this travels
service is nice and comfortable.
It never happened earlier. Staff's used to play songs loudly whenever the stop arrives. While others are sleeping in the early morning. This should be taken care.
The seat was a little uncomfortable...... but nothing you can't manage......All in all a good trip.
The Sleeper coach was clean and properly maintained.
In my view since the said bus had sleeper beds at the floor level it was not very comfortable. Had it been at the normal seat level it would have been better. Otherwise the initiative taken is very good and much appreciable.
worst experience. didn't informed us about dropping point.they dropped my family at chandani chock at 4.30am.
Good bus.. staff behaviour was worst.. please keep good staff ..
punctuality is was 200%.....it is not good to reach one hour before given time that too early in morning

I missed my bus by 15 minutes.I reached there at 9.45pm and Requested to staff of VRL for stopping bus at next stop but they have not listened me.and told me to book other ticket of 10.30pm bus.Very bad behavior of staff.Roud not expected from the VRL Travels.
Many of drivers don't know routes . My concern about this is to add a GPS system which improves the bus quality and also helps drivers
