It was worst experience with SRS travels. No facility no caring of time.

      18-May-2016

redBus.in worst service I had ever. The departure time from vellore is 5.30 pm.Bus came at 8.15 pm.Then driver also not stopped bus for dinner. The bus arrival timing in pune was 12 pm.But bus failed midway.Bus reached at 2 pm in katraj and again it failed for 1 hour. So,finally I went to by private city bus.Fuck you,seabird...........

there are THREE major problem in NATIONAL TRAVELS 1) they don't drop you in the available drop point(for example : I was suppose to get down in swargate in pune (as mentioned in the REDBUS.com website Dropping points) but they dropped me somewhere near katraj) because of this i spent 500rs in taxi tat day. 2)the bus mentioned in my travel is (Mercedes Multi-Axle Semi-sleeper) but which i travelled is Volvo bus with cracked winshield glass ( danger of getting broken in high speeds), electrical socket was not working. 3) the seat number is not followed during the time of bus change (I booked NO.18 but from vellore to bangalore only i got tat seat, after bangalore to pune was some seat which ever left over, uncomfortable location of seat. overall : I was supposed to book SRS Travels (Vellore to Bangalore to Pune) for Rs.1500 but THEY DONT HAVE SWARGATE DROP POINT MENTIONED IN THE REDBUS WEBSITE so, I BOOKED NATIONAL TRAVELS FOR Rs. 1723 AND GOT MESSED UP IN THE WHOLE JOURNEY ...... GO FOR SOME STANDARD TRAVELS LIKE SRS TRAVELS EVEN THERE IS NO DROP POINT ATLEAST THEY MENTION THAT PROPERLY IN REDBUS WEBSITE BEFORE BOOKING..... REDBUS SHOULD BE TAKING SOME ACTIONS TO PREVENT THESE PROBLEMS .... ESPECIALLY IN DROP POINT ISSUES DURING MIDNIGHT AND EARLY MORNINGS THERE SHOULD BE SEAT BOOKING FACILITY FOR SECOND BUS ALSO IN REDBUS AND IT SHOULD BE MENTIONED IN THAT BOOKING TIME (TWO BUSES).....

Vellore to Bangalore bus did not turn up at all!!!! alternative arrangement was made after 1 hour. It caused lot of tension in catching Bangalore to Pune bus.

Seabird has a hopeless and most disgusting staff ever. They are really careless and not at all punctual. I almost lodged a police complaint when i was left stranded for an hour in Banglore at night 1:00 am. I am a undergrad and we all student form a major part of your userbase and simple word plof mouth is enough to defame redbus in the student community. Redbus should really investigate the companies it deals with and what kind of treatment they provide to the people. It wont be long when these companies like seabird will soon take a toll on redbus reputation. Also i expect my refund fpr 18th Jan to the earliest.

The boarding spot and time were spot on and the bus from vellore to bangalore was a full sleeper bus. Then instead of switching to a new from bangalore to pune in 5 minutes, it took them one hour and 10 m8nutes...reached pune two hours late reached pune two hours hour an

Very very late and I see others have commented the same. Bus is good but don't trust if you have any appointment. Bus came 1 hour late and we reached destination 3 hour late.

You people neer to work on your impeccable policy of cancellation. You are willing to accept last moment booking but not rescheduling??? Impossible!!! I was forced to travel on Monday because of your hopeless policy. It was a rescheduling not a cancellation.

      29-Nov-2014

Behavior of staffs hurts passengers a lot. They shouldn't be rude and should be polite enough to answer customers questions. Here the situation is in the ticket my name and seat number were clearly there. I told him my seat number and name, he was saying that name is not here in the list. Please call reddbus and get confirmation about your booking. And he was saying, sit was filled at sriperumadur. How come? Later after sometime he was looking for some seat, then he was asking my pnr number and allowed me to enter the bus.

      03-Jul-2014

We boarded at Vellore at 10.30am. The bus stopped for a break at 10.45. We didnt get down as we had just boarded. After that, the bus didnt stop anywhere till it reached bangalore at 4.00pm We had to change bus at bangalore and were made to run to move to the new bus with our luggage. Again no break. The bus finally stopped for dinner at 9.30. We had to survive 12 hours without food and no loo break. Will never repeat this journey ever again!

I travelled from Vellore to Pune, in which I was not allowed to sit on the seat which I booked through redbus website. The seat they transportor alloted was above the rear wheel, however, I booked the seats in the middle i.e A4. Also I was shifted in a different bus once we reached bangalore. I reached Pune at 6 am of next day instead of 11.30 pm of the same day. Overall whatever the website timings were indicated and seat numbers were alloted, was not followed. I am sorry for such a review. Please improve.
